I had a very frustrating experience with JJ Auto Repair in Alexandria VA. They never called to inform me they had received my vehicle; I had to call at the end of the day to find out. He informed me they were closed on weekends. The following Monday I called leaving two messages with no response, I finally reached someone who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. The brunette at the door kicked me out because I pulled my car in the doorway and asked if I could help her. He was so disrespectful.
