My car was making a weird sound and Jose was super nice & explained everything to me and what he thought it may be. It needed up being the water pump! Now my car sounds great and runs smooth! Will continue to use him for future car troubles.

I had a very frustrating experience with JJ Auto Repair in Alexandria VA. They never called to inform me they had received my vehicle; I had to call at the end of the day to find out. He informed me they were closed on weekends. The following Monday I called leaving two messages with no response, I finally reached someone who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
