Absolutely the worst auto shop experience I’ve ever had. I chose this place based on reviews instead of doing the job myself—huge mistake. I brought my car in for an overheating issue, and the mechanic confidently said, “It’s 100% the water pump.” After 8 days, I picked it up—only for it to overheat before I even made it home. I’m writing this after witnessing what this shop put my brother through—if you value your time, money, or vehicle, think twice. He brought his car in for an overheating issue. The mechanic confidently said it was “100% the water pump.” After 8 days, the issue wasn’t fixed—it overheated again before he could even make it home. He brought it back, was told now it was a head gasket or valve cover issue. He paid again. Worst place! Took 2 weeks to change water pump and they subcontracted the job out to other shop and they messed my car up. They drained out multiple fluids from my car and didnt replace it. I had to go buy and replace myself.
Spent $1100 to fix my AC and power steering pump. not only is it doing the same thing, now it’s worse and making noise. Mechanic felt bad. Told me to bring the truck in on Saturday morning He’ll make things right. We got there and nobody is at the shop. I have a lot of vehicles and I will never go there again. Waste of money now I have to go to a different mechanic to fix what it needed in the first place. Not happy with this place at all.
