J & J Auto was great. Their service and their communication was top notch. They came to me highly recommended and I will recommend them.
The service was amazing and the communication about my car made a stressful situation much calmer. The staff was also delightful.
if i could give negative 10 stars i would. this place is horrific they have been holding my grandmas car hostage for over 4 months she was in a minor fender bender and they make excuses every week of why its not finished. disgusting service i would sue them if i had time. don’t go they will take their time to get money from insurance company. thiefs.
