I’ve had my vehicle worked on at JJ auto body for the last 15 years. Never once had an issue until Crash Champions bought them out. I hit a coyote in February and took my vehicle to crash champions to be fixed. They replaced the front bumper and several other items that needed to be fixed along with my Radiator that was busted after hitting the coyote. Excellent work on my car, I was not sure what to expect. A wonderful job was done. When I first saw my car, I was sincerely shocked at how nice it looked. It looked brand new ... literally. Thank you Joel, John, front desk and of course the guys who did the actual paint job. I am very impressed excited and extremely happy with the work done on my car. Wonderful, incredibly fast service that went above and beyond my expectations. They even vacuumed parts of my car and polished the outside of my headlight lenses for me. I couldn't believe how fast my car was done, and it looked like nothing had ever happened afterward. Highly recommend!
I am highly dissatisfied with how you worked on my car. The absolutely outrageously poor job that you even said yourselves that you did is appalling. The fact that you put me in danger not attaching my headlight, and that after going through a process with your manager John, in which I was told you were sorry and did such a horrible job, I was asked then asked to pay more money.
