Jeff worked on our GE cook stove and explained all the possible problems. He did a great job and I will use J&J for future service. They are fair and honest.

Absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had with appliance repair!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! had an issue with a LG refrigerator, decided to call JJ based on their positive reviews. John arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He explained to me that my issues were caused by ice build up where the fan was in the back of the refrigerator.
