Jeff worked on our GE cook stove and explained all the possible problems. He did a great job and I will use J&J for future service. They are fair and honest.

Absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had with appliance repair!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! had an issue with a LG refrigerator, decided to call JJ based on their positive reviews. John arrived on time, he was very friendly and professional. He explained to me that my issues were caused by ice build up where the fan was in the back of the refrigerator. We contacted this company for service on our 4 year old GE washer which had developed a leak. The technician that was dispatched later the same day arrived on time, identified the faulty part, tested his repairs and had the machine back up and running like new within 90 minutes. I will contact this company again with any future appliance issues and recommend them highly!
