Would highly recommend J&J! He goes above and beyond expectations! I had a fridge problem and called him, he came that morning. I had too much ice build-up to remove the back cover. The next day my ice was melted and I called again, and he came back again that morning. He did not charge me a second service fee! He was nice, professional and knowledgeable. This is where I will always call for appliance repair. Excellent business!!

I had 3 people come over to try and fix my dryer, who all charged me for the house call, but could not fix it. Finally, I googled and found J & J who charged me about $60 for the visit, however gave my dryer a thorough check and diagnosed the problem correctly. I also received plenty of feedback as to why my dryer did not work properly and had the mess ups the other guys made fixed. I have a working dryer now as well as education on how to service my dryer to keep it running smoothly. Thank you J &J!

Our fridge went out and we were leaving town the next day. I called in the morning and they arrived when promised a couple hours later. He had the part it needed on his truck and the whole thing was fixed in less than an hour. He seemed knowledgeable and fair in his diagnosis of the problem and charged a reasonable amount for the parts and labor. I will call him again when I can't or don't have time to fix it myself. Aug. 2012.
