TALKED TO KATHY ON THE PHONE AND SHE TRIED TO HELP SAVE ME MONEY BY ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PROBLEM I ENDED UP STILL HAVING TO HAVE THEM OUT THE REPAIRMAN WAS EFFICIENT AND VERY GOOD I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN GREAT SERVICE

I had the same problem. I scheduled an appointment on a Friday only to be rescheduled to Monday the following week because they were too busy. Then Kathy called me on Monday and rescheduled my appointment until Tuesday because she said she had too many appointments in Salinas and I was too far away from where she thought I lived (she didn't even look it up) which was only 5 minutes further. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. After I had an appointment with vendor for three days, I was rescheduled without being notified although two valid phone lines were left for contact. When I called to inquire why a service technician did not show up at my house I was given the excuse from Kathy (the owner) she didn't know why she did not call or why if she did call she did not leave a message to confirm the rescheduling of my appointment.
