Had them done the Spring cleanup. Initially their response was slow and not effective at all. Finally three guys came for the spring clean-up more than one month after the time of estimate, done everything except mulching. Quality? awful trimming - only trim around the bush but not the top; blown leaves toward the backyard not as I told to be collected curbside in the front yard. I had to ask them to redo.
