After interviewing and researching several custom builders we chose J. Huston & Associates. Jerry, the owner of J. Huston & Associates, was very easy to work with in designing and building our dream custom home. His expertise was evident in all phases of the process. All of the contractors and subcontractors were excellent and had worked with Jerry for many years. Our project was completed on time and within budget. We are completely satisfied and give our highest recommendation.

We LOVE our home built by J. Huston & Associates. Jerry was very involved in the entire process - from selecting our lot to the design and build process. He was on the build site almost every day, and so he was able to address any issues immediately. We were also impressed with all of his subcontractors who, we learned, have been working with him for years. Jerry's wonderful reputation did not disappoint. His custom homes are made with a distinct quality that can only be achieved with his expertise and experience.

What a pleasure to work with, not only Jerry, but his entire network of contractors. All of them from excavation to finish painting were professional, on time, well spoken and knowledgeable. Every single one obliged our questions and provided explanations. No construction debris, no junk vehicles, smiles and eye contact from all. *Estimate was actual what was paid *Came in 2 weeks under estimated time promised *On site almost every day *Came with us to the Architect , helped us stay on budget *His contractors all repsonsive and friendly *High quality of work *Jerry was quick to answer cell phone or email * Very pleased with home, appraised $20,000 more than we paid. * We built a Ranch home

We bought a 3 year old house built by Jerry in 2010. We hired Jerry to make some improvements to suit our needs. We were very happy with the work. We love the house and it is very well built.

We are happy that we hired J. Huston & Associates for building our house. It was such a wonderful experience. Jerry has paid attention to each and every detail in the construction process. He has a wonderful team also. Work quality is superior, friends and family members visited the house gave big A+ for his quality work. He kept the deadlines as promised. We moved into our home, built by Jerry Huston, and have been in it for 14 years now. We bought the house on spec as part of a job relocation. My wife actually bought the house without me seeing it directly after meeting with Jerry and the realtor.
