Further update (Nov 2022) Terrible communication. It has not improved. I Never had this terrible experience. Robin, the owner always has very Innovative explanations for the delays with some new excuses. I will not recommend this company. My inspection is not done yet for the shutters. I am amazed this company is in business. I still had one impact window to be installed, but after whole lot of talks, discovered that it is not going to be done in the near future. Put a $3000 down payment and they never came to start the job and refuse to give the money back. DON’T use this company. They took advantage of a older man. Horrible

Do not under any circumstances use this company! Long delays and sloppy installation on the shutters. They never delivered the two windows and have demanded that I pay another of their companies to get the windows installed. They did not pay the salesman and he lost a ton of money with them. J Howen is totally dishonest!

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Let me tell you about my experience. Back in May of 2022, we signed the contract to have 12 accordion shutters installed with the contract including HOA and permit fee. First the owner, Robyn is faced with embezzlement from her CFO so we agreed to pay in advance for the materials as she was kind enough to reach out and explain her situation as well as provide documentation.
