We were at the NASCAR race in Charlotte and our slides would not retract. We got them manually retracted and headed home. We decided to try Apalachee RV and happy we did. Elaine took our information, worked with the warranty and kept us informed on status of the repairs. There were no surprises when we picked up the motorhome. All work was done as we were told. Overall a very good experience. Thanks!
