Had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed in my garden office to replace a noisy free-standing system. The new unit runs quietly and does not break a sweat, keeping the room cool. Joe and his team were excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional and got on with the work with no fuss. Will definitely use them again when I install units in the house.

Recently had air conditioning fitted in my garden office and they've done a really smart job, all the cabling and trunking are super tidy. Joe was great from start to finish, talked me through the options, put together a quote quickly and answered any questions. Quote was really competitive for high quality AC kit compared to a handful of other quotes I received. A really good, genuine, local company delivering top quality work at a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending! 👍

I had an A/C issue and tried calling the company that installed it a few years ago, but they weren’t helpful at all. Then I called Joe, and honestly, I wish I had called him first! He was super friendly and walked me through the fix over the phone—quick and easy. Such a good guy and really knows his stuff. From now on, Joe’s the only one I’m calling for anything A/C related!

Aircon unit fitted to outside garden building and perfect results. Joe understood the requirements, gave me options on sizes and shared the pros and cons. V happy with the choice. Came and fitted all in as scheduled and left work site immaculate. Attention to detail really impressive. Unit even working via the app so can control the room temp before going up there!
