This is the 2nd time I've used Josh Hicks for electrical services. I don't generally expect contractors to show up when scheduled. I tend to judge them more on if they comunicate well about changes to the expected plans and their skillset. Josh has been there every time he said he would be and he does excellent work. You won't regret hiring him. 1st time i had Josh out a year ago: I had two electricians come bid the job i had. Mr. Hicks came out on the property in question and did exactly what he needed to do almost immediately after the phone call and made an hour later and he's done a very professional job for this family two times. I greatly appreciate his consistency and his work. You deserve a 10 star.
J. Hicks is an absolute lifesaver! My shower had serious electrical issues, and my kitchen appliances were acting up too. This wasn’t an easy fix, but he stuck with it, figured out the issue, and made sure everything was safe and working perfectly. He explained everything clearly, was super professional, and his prices were very reasonable. If you need a reliable electrician who knows his stuff and goes the extra mile, J. Hicks is the one to call. Highly recommend!
