Our experience with Kendrick movers was fantastic. Dan went over every detail with us on the phone about what the process will be like including what to expect for cost. They called the day before to confirm the move and showed up on time the day of even during a rainy morning. They were courteous, professional, and handled everything with care- they even wrapped our furniture so carefully! We had a great experience with Kendrick Moving. We moved our 3-bedroom house from Mason to Blue Ash, and with how much stuff we had, I was nervous it would take 10+ hours. The day before, they contacted us again to re-confirm that 4 crew members would be coming and the start time. On moving day, they arrived on time, protected the floor and door frames, and got right to work. They were polite, efficient, and packed everything in a very space-saving way. Unprofessional. I called recently for a quote for a 2-bedroom home and they never bothered calling me back with the quote. Guess I was just chicken feed to them. Update to your reply: I did speak to your office manager, (on cell phone.) She explained the situation about the storms and said she would get back with me as soon as electricity was restored, but I never heard back, so I gave it a day or two and sent an email and also called cellphone-no response.
