Christopher was awesome, he greeted us kindly and asked what we needed. He listened to everything I had to say and gave me his opinion on every piece of gear which helped me decide. He walked me through everything that I had questions on. Great customer service. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

YES, YES, YES !!! As a couple of grandparents trying to order boots for their grandson, you can expect a problem. Christopher was fantastic in taking care of us. We called and the phone was answered immediately! We were politely instructed in how to make a return. This was followed up by an email making sure we were OK. This is customer service like it used to be. More companies would do well to follow this example! Thanks so much!

Ordered a Streamlight Waypoint 400, Rechargeable, 1400 lumen, LED Spotlight on 12/12/2023, got it the next day! That's what I call service! The light has a 3 way adjustable spot, which is pretty handy if ya don't need the brightest setting. Now, when ya need a bright spotlight, count on this baby to provide all the light you'll need at night. The spot is very bright and has a long throw distance.
