YES, YES, YES !!! As a couple of grandparents trying to order boots for their grandson, you can expect a problem. Christopher was fantastic in taking care of us. We called and the phone was answered immediately! We were politely instructed in how to make a return. This was followed up by an email making sure we were OK. Ordered a Streamlight Waypoint 400, Rechargeable, 1400 lumen, LED Spotlight on 12/12/2023, got it the next day! That's what I call service! The light has a 3 way adjustable spot, which is pretty handy if ya don't need the brightest setting. Now, when ya need a bright spotlight, count on this baby to provide all the light you'll need at night. The spot is very bright and has a long throw distance.
