Jina is truly amazing! She is incredibly detailed and takes the time to really understand exactly what you want before getting started. I recently tried the head spa service here for the first time, and I am absolutely blown away and the results have been incredible. Even a week later—after traveling through the intense Orlando heat and humidity—my hair is still unbelievably soft. I had a frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. The salon requires a deposit upfront, even before the stylist has seen your hair or discussed the style you want. I was considering a few styles that might require either a regular perm or a digital perm, but there was no real opportunity for a proper consultation first. Very nice experience here with Soo Cho. I was a little skeptical cause I didn't see any reviews specifically saying her name so I had no idea if she was good or not but she was amazing, the most nonchalant hairstylist I've ever met. Her confidence and nonchalantness made me feel safe.
