Driver of a white truck and white trailer partal plate 5111 out of Kansas almost ran me off the road i was in front of him and he proceeded to flash his high beams as i am doing 70 got right on my bumper and had his high beams on passed me doing 75 when the speed limit is 60 for truckers got beside me and turned on a side spot light or a bright flash light and blinded me and tryed to get me to pull over no reagard for other drivers and or emergency response vehicals and think they own the road
