We had a great experience renting a storage unit! Customers service is fantastic, very fast responses for any questions we had. Would not hesitate to rent from them again! Convenient location, nice clean units that are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Everything was going just fine, until I requested a move out for 2/1 due to a cancer diagnosis and yet here we are march I have $132 come out of my acct, and now have a receipt for $157 because apparently the payment I wasn’t expecting to pay in the first place failed so they then tacked on a $25 late fee, as if I didn’t say I wanted to stop doing business with the 2/1. They did not call me about this payment or anything just late fee for a payment I saw pending in my bank account statement.
So clean! The area is so safe and very reasonable! The owners get back to you promptly..Highly recommended
