John has my go to HVAC guy for 3 different homes over the past decade, all of which had older systems that he was able to fix up quickly every time. He doesn't push for expensive replacement solutions, he gives you the options to repair the unit when possible, even after another big name company told me it couldn't be fixed and I should pay them for an expensive new unit. He's helped me with these old units half a dozen times and fixed them easily in one visit for low price every time.

I’m writing on behalf of the owner of this company. He’s been in business for almost 20 years and has the best prices in town. He’s constantly saving people money as other companies get very high quotes. One time there was a An elderly lady with a disability who was quoted $18,000 to replace her whole unit by another company. When Juan arrived, he noticed that the thermostat wire was disconnected. I was totally surprised by the review that said John was rude...I think they must have reviewed another business and another person. John is kind and helpful. He will go out of his way to get your job done even when at times it is an emergency. He was professional and thorough. This is the place to go!!!

So glad to have found this company. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year and John came out same day. He had it replaced quickly and for thousands less than I got quoted elsewhere. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors since buying our house 5 years ago and he is the most honest that we’ve had, I’d recommend him to anyone
