Unreliable. I have a rental property that needs repairs. I scheduled with the tenant, who made herself available to allow access for Joe. We had a set date and time, and Joe never showed up. Never called, and I called him several times afterwards. Never answered or returned my call. Now the tenant has to rearrange her schedule again for someone else. Don't count on this guy.
