Paid Jack Harrison with modern construction LLC $1700 to do a seal coat on our driveway, on 11/30/21, it started peeling up within 5 months, contacted Mr, Harrison in May, June and July of 2022, and i kept getting empty promises on when he would come out and reseal our driveway, its been nearly 3 1/2 months after initial contact, and now when I call it goes straight to voicemail box that is full and the line cuts off, Mr Harrison Im not asking for a refund i just want you to honor the 8yr warranty i received for my seal coat... read more

Same experience as Rachael's in these comments. They were working a job down the street, said they had extra material and they could give us a great deal if they did the job today. We took them up on it. They came by said they didn't have enough material to finish so did some half-*** start and on three separate occasions were told they would come back. Dates came and went. J & H Construction is a wonderful contractor. We used their services to have our driveway paved and it turned out great. The price was reasonable and the work was done efficiently. I would recommend J & H Construction to anyone who needs work done on their home.

We had a great experience with J & H construction. Our driveway needed several areas patched, as it was starting to fall apart. They came the next day, got it done, and sealed it. It looks great.
