My tire split/blew out just down the road from J&H. I'm not familiar with the area (I'm a social worker and was coming from a client's house), but I was able to drive the short distance to J&H. Josh came out quickly, put on my spare, explained what had happened to my tire, advised me on what kind to buy next, and reassured me that I'd be okay driving home on the spare.
