I took a horse trailer in to have leaks repaired in the roof and get a quote on tires and wheel bearings. After receiving the quote I told them to wait on the tires and wheel bearings but repair the roof. They repaired the roof and did the wheel bearings even though I didn't want the wheel bearings done. They then charged me 100$ over what was quoted for the roof and double what was quoted for the bearings. After asking around I am not the first person to have this done to them.

I have had nothing but great experiences having my car worked on at J&H. I won't let anyone else work on my car, and i highly recommend checking them out sometime!

I have taken my truck to J and H for numerous repairs over the course of the past few years. They have always been very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They are not just interested in making money, but are truly concerned with the happiness of the customer. Any time there has been a minor mistake or an unforeseen issue they go above and beyond to right that situation. took a lady friend to have her car repaired told her they would give her a discount as her daughter works there.well they found about 5 things wrong with it she told them to replace the serpentine belt and idler pully as she didnt have a lot of money at the time.the parts came then they said it wasn't the idler pully but the AC pully needed replaced better to replace the whole AC compressor 300$ plus labour she took it another auto repair 26 $ bottle of freon didn't charge her labour fixed the noise and her AC works great sh... read more
