Nothing bad to say about the J&H office staff they were actually helpful the Infinity insurance estimator on the other hand is a rude individual. It’s on their quality control and quality of work where they lack. I had to return so they could realign my bumper and taillights they were all misaligned and they scratched a piece of trim which had to be replaced. Had a accident back in 2023 I already complained several times to infinity that they did not leave the car the same color. Disgusting mismatch, then to top it off they are refusing to fix the mistake they made on their end. Instead they told me to take the car like that. Been fighting it ever since, I absolutely do NOT recommend this body shop. My car was pearl white and they made it white. DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE.
Staff is very helpful and attentive.
