James helped us out last minute on a stinking hot day by installing an air con unit in our apartment, would definitely recommend him!
James was great and tried to get my air conditioning going but no luck so got a new one the next day which was Friday before Christmas. So impressed. My Mitsubishi system runs well.
Complete dodgy installation, two units both leaking, fresh painted walls now damaged. This guy (James H) is Jekyll and Hyde. He seems all friendly & nice to get paid, then when the dodgy install goes wrong, he turns into a borderline psychopath. Was completely blown away by the lies and verbal abuse of this unprofessional, inexperienced person. STAY AWAY!
Excellent customer service. Gave me a hand on his day off for $0.
