This visit was for annual maintenance on an Navien gas hot water heater. Our technician, Jeff S., was thorough and efficient. Everything was transparent and explained well. I appreciated that there were no attempts to upsell additional equipment or services as seems to be the norm when receiving HVAC services these days. We will use J. Griffin for systems maintenance in the future.
