After appointments with other ENTs, and no resolve for my nosebleeds and sinusitis lasting 4 months, Dr Staffel totally corrected my problem. Appointments were very easy to schedule when my nose would start bleeding and short wait times. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate.
Dr Staffle helped my daughter so much with her sinuses and deviated septum. Her quality of life is so much better. Wish we had seen him sooner.
We brought our daughter in to see Dr. Staffel for corrective ear surgery due to a birth defect. She suffered from much insecurity about her looks and was unable to even wear earbuds. I have been going to Shea clinic for about 5 years now. After being to countless ENTs in 3 states I finally went to Shea clinic and Dr. Shea and Staffel took great care of me. They diagnosed and fixed what no one else could seem to figure out. Thanks to 2 procedures all in 1 place (so convenient) My hearing is back and sinus infections no more! Miracle workers. I know make the trip annually for a check up because I don’t trust anyone else. Their staff is very friendly and prompt in requests as well!
Dr. Staffel helped remove a mass that ended up being cancer. Throughout the process he was extremely professional and informative. After other scans he was even able to get me in within a couple weeks to get my tonsils removed. With two surgeries in a month there is no ENT I would trust more.
