I sent in a quote request to Jerry after being stood up twice by another "large" company. Jerry responded to the request on a sunday very shortly after and set up a day and time for the estimate. Upon arrival a couple of days later, he presented himself very professionally and showed great care in makimg sure he was accurate (and even had a very reasonable price)!
