Jessica was an absolute dream to work with. She customized a birthstone ring for me and it was better than anything I could have ever dreamed of. She is so patient and was just as excited as I was about every step! I truly enjoyed working with her and plan to purchase much more in the future.
I had some valuable estate jewelry that I took to other jewelers who offered me peanuts. When I took it to Honest Jess she explained the history of it and today's value. The only reason I'm giving Honest Jess 5 stars is because I can't give her 6!
Jess was so sweet and helpful when I came in, knowing nothing about rings or diamonds. She is GIA certified, and went to school in person studying her trade. You can really tell she loves what she does and knows her trade! I can’t thank her enough for her advice. Unfortunately I wasn’t t able to purchase from her since I had a super short time frame. In the future I plan on coming here for ring/jewelry purchases!
My husband and I went to Jess for custom engagement and wedding rings and she did an outstanding job. She was very patient and helpful throughout the design process, to get to the design we were looking for. She and her team went above and beyond on helping coordinate the delivery so my husband could surprise me with the engagement ring and I could suprise him with the wedding rings. In addition, they were lovely people to work with. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for special jewelry purchases
This is the best little jewelry shop I’ve ever been too. Jessica was so kind and helpful. She even gave my 4 year old a T.R.E.A.T. As I browsed.I ended up coming back with my husband and he bought me a 1930s ring with a blue flash moonstone. I am in love with my ring. Thank you so much….Twin
