As others have mentioned, I called for a repair and they didn’t want to repair my furnace as it was “too old to repair” and they pushed a new furnace, so had their salespeople quote almost $6k for a new system, which they could “get on it right away” (code for things are slow so best to sell customers something they don’t need!). Called another company and it was working after a $400 repair, and has been working for over a year now. Won’t use J-goods again!
Very unprofessional company. Called to get an estimate on a new AC install. The receptionist took down my number and said somebody would call me back. It’s been over two months and I still have not received that call.
Very professional technicians. Arrived promptly and were very courteous. Explained everything and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.
Great family-owned plumbing co based in Negaunee and services Marquette as well. My go-to company for estimates and repairs now for the past two years. Always my first call.
Woke up this morning with no heat, on‐call technican was on site in 30 mins, and was able to get our furnace up and running this morning! We previously had them replace our hot water heater last year and really like the quality of their work!
