Have had this doctor for many years now, since I was a kid. I moved away for collage about a year ago and she was accommodating for me even though I was in another city and never mentioned that I should look for another dr. Most recent phone call where I disclosed some worrying health concerns were brushed off and she told me that I would no longer be a patient of hers. Watch how nasty both Jane and her receptionist treated my friend for seeing another doctor. Never knew doctors would get jealous like this over a patient. Jane told them that my friends health issues were not worth her time. Even saying that it was a waste of OHIP money (Ohip is universal healthcare so stupid of a comment), very old mindset. Wouldnt recommend and should lose their license for this treatment of a patient. (Ps my friend has had this doctor for the last 20 years). Hope this helps people find better doctors for ... read more
I had been a patient for many years and had no issues until recently. Medical information was shared with my mother after i repeatedly asked for her to be taken off my contact form and explained she was no longer my guardian. I had done this on more than one occasion and on more than one occasion medical information has been shared.
