Was getting a FHA loan after 3 months of submitting all types of documentation and spending money and time I wind up getting 3 different closing disclosure with 3 different sets of numbers that didn’t match and going higher and higher so at the end I lost the deal and lots of money J.G. Wentworth has absolutely no clue what’s going on and you can forget about trying to call them because there never an answer and you will not even get a call back do yourself a huge favor go somewhere where someone knows what they are doing !
Closing was easy and I had a good experience getting a loan Customer service once I obtained a loan was abysmal.
Actually the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Especially when contracted with them.
I had a horrible experience once it was sent to Sr. Loan Officer Keisha Hicks. Non-responsive, did not care, I could go on. I had to research and email her boss to see what was taking so long with the underwriting (over a month). Finally when I heard the reason, I was done starting the process with them again.
