Absolutely great work. I changed my gutter sizes and downspout locations post visit and they were able to quickly send me a revised estimate. They did the work quickly and professionally with updates along the way. I would ansolutely recommend!
These guys don’t stand behind their products. Have a downspout issue post install. Spoke to Kevin multiple times who kept giving an appointment to fix and no show. Eventually Kevin stopped responding. Poor customer service. The previous owner Steve was very responsive and these new owners are the opposite. Disappointed and poor customer service.
Coming back here to write a review now having these J&G gutters on my house now for six years. 1. They leak all over the place. Leaks were brought up upon installation in several spots, someone was eventually sent out to replace sections, but issues continued and honestly I hadn't had very good interactions with the labor team onsite. We just had gutters installed around our entire house. J&G and their entire crew were very attentive, timely and professional. The cost of gutters and installation was fair and the gutters look beautiful.
