I love this place. The people, processes and products are all top-notch.
They were right about it taking a while. I got here at 10am and it's almost 4. But on a positive note I wasn't supposed to get loaded till tomorrow. But they got me done today. Most shippers would make you wait. I always take reviews with a grain of salt. And I found out the ones on here are not as bad as I read.
5 hours loading in their two places I guess I will clean the trailer a couple of hours There is a restroom in the office
i thought this was a nursery so i brought my son and left him there. Came back and realized it was a flower shop. Thanks for letting my son stay for a few hours.
So you say your trees and plants are all and packed into the truck well everybody else does that too. I have been to dozens of nurseries just like yours and the most I have ever waited to get loaded is about 4 hours and usually around 2 hours. So that makes me feel like you're doing something wrong or maybe you just don't care about how long you hold up a truck.. 8 hours to load me this morning is ridiculous maybe you should take into account the time it takes to load a truck and load it a little faster and quit making excus... read more
