Unfortunately, this salon does not seem to manage appointments or communication effectively. I had two appointments scheduled on the same day — one at 2 p.m. and another at 3 p.m. — but in both cases, I was denied the full head of highlights I had originally booked. Loved this place, really professional service. Frank is really nice, he made sure to fully understand what I wanted and explained the process and he delivered the haircut I was looking for perfectly. Will definitely be coming back when my hair is due.
