The above company was hired as a third party by the water company to change water main from Galvanized pipe to copper. I have initiated this process three years ago with the water company and finally process of installation copper water main is over. It took them 4 hours to get everything done. The project manager was very responsive to the phone calls or text messages. All the workers were great and the local police closed the street for heavy equipment use.

Would give 0 if i could, knocked out our wifi on our home twice while doing some unrelated work. Completely unhelpful, lack of any sort of responsibility, and most of all rude staff. This seems to be a common issue across the board. Towns, private citizens, contractors - STAY AWAY. This company has no clue what they’re doing

Today a crew with J Fletcher Creamer & Sons came to my house to change out our lead water service line with copper pipe. I could not be happier with the quality of work, cleanliness, professionalism, and genuine care for our house and property. Ryan, Tony, Gabe, Tony and Eugene were absolute gentlemen and explained everything to me. The work was completed quickly but with care the entire time. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience and great work!!
