The people there are rude
My husband purchased my ring set here in 2016. I had a few issues come up and was able to finally get the rings to Joe to be looked at. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of and happy with my ring set. Very pleasant man and a great conversationalist. Products are high quality but the man himself is the real gem. Bless him and his family.
I walked into this store wanting to browse wedding bands that would compliment my solitaire oval engagement ring. Joe diligently walked me through the pros and cons of different bands and helped me decide on what would look best. He never had an agenda of selling me the biggest/most expensive band, but instead led me to a unique band that he designed and made himself.
