The new opperations team led by Joel Feldkamp (President) and Ben Lampe (President of contruction) has really improved processes.
I worked in the office for both Jonathan and Joel for about a year. I was not from the Cincinnati area but the Feldkamp’s treated me like a family member and done things for me they did not have to do. I personally witnessed them go above and beyond for customers as well as their employees. GREAT Company!!!
Absolutely the WORST HVAC company to work for unless you like driving your personal vehicle with no reimbursement running service calls, getting shorted on paychecks, and being sent to jobs with no information or scope of work. If I could give a negative rating I would, not only as a company but as individuals as well. With 14 years experience in the field you DO NOT want to work here, but thanks for the long paid vacation boys!
