I've been a customer for around 20 years. I called yesterday to see about making changes to my policy. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and pretty much told if I thought I could do better I should. So looking for a new company now.

I would not recommend Wolf for homes in fair condition. I was closing on my first home and needed insurance. When I originally inquired, the representative was very happy to take my information and look into insurance options. I knew my home was not in the best shape and needed some work, which was identified during the call. However, I was disappointed to have the representative never return my emails or calls.
