I would not recommend Wolf for homes in fair condition. I was closing on my first home and needed insurance. When I originally inquired, the representative was very happy to take my information and look into insurance options. I knew my home was not in the best shape and needed some work, which was identified during the call. However, I was disappointed to have the representative never return my emails or calls. Tried to get a motorcycle quote, was outrageous. Told the guy that i would do it but would be finding another company to go with. He hung up on me 3 times. Would highly recommend STAYING FAR AWAY. Very unprofessional!!!!
