Vision was highly recommended to me from some members of the Porsche club, and I am very happy they did. Great and fast service buy Kenzie, Mark and team. Very professional and friendly. There were a couple of hiccups, but one of them wasn't their fault and Mark took very fast care of all of them and did even more! Great customer service! So I am happy to highly recommend them to take care of your windshield needs.
Had Visson Autoglass replace my windshield after someone smashed it in East Vancouver. They did a great job on my 1991 Volvo 740 Turbo sedan! July 2017. Even kept my Volvo windshield card holder! They didn't have the gold/brown tint at the top. So changed to blue. Looks better with my grey exterior. Recommend them to anyone. They got me a coffee when I was waiting for a coffee shop!
Vision Autoglass offers top notch service. When my father's 1996 Honda Accord had the rear glass vandalized, my first thought was to call the big chain Autoglass shop close by. They did a quick search of their inventory and said the piece of glass was obsolete. I asked them who I should call and they said the dealership. Mark is the man! Visited the shop to get a minor chip checked out. Mark inspected it, informed me that it's already been fixed before (by the previous owner of the vehicle) and it's safe without needing extra work. He even reinforced it for me in 5 minutes without charge. Appreciate you a ton, Mark. Will definitely be back for future business and will refer friends and family here.
Absolutely fantastic service by the team at Vision. Right from the very first phone call, to when I arrived to navigating replacing my rear window in a very speedy way - I can not say enough about how Mark, Kenzie and the team exemplify what great customer service looks like. Thank you!
