All I can say is wow! Great experience from start to finish explained the ICBC process with the glass replacement. Had me in and out of the shop in hours once the glass arrived. Can’t recommend these guys enough, best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Thank you
All 3 of the employees I dealt with were very professional and polite. Mark was very thorough - the service provided was quick and efficient. They had my car rental set up while they worked on windshield. Very good experience, everything was as you would expect in terms of quality and service.

Very sweet man vacuumed my broken glass and pointed out door scratches and gave me the option of having my car fixed by a body shop. Placed best interest of customer over getting the job. Front desk woman was so kind and beautiful! Great experience!
My daughter had an unfortunate break in to her vehicle with the driver's side window being smashed. As a student in BC from Ontario, she was misguided on the insurance she purchased and it ended up not covering the damage. I messaged a few glass businesses and Vision was not only the only one to respond, but they did very quickly!
