My daughter had an unfortunate break in to her vehicle with the driver's side window being smashed. As a student in BC from Ontario, she was misguided on the insurance she purchased and it ended up not covering the damage. I messaged a few glass businesses and Vision was not only the only one to respond, but they did very quickly! Can't say enough good things about these folks Kenzie was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to meet the installer who came right to my shop to repair the sunroof in my truck. But he did a fantastic job, left everything nice and clean and was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this team for any auto Glass needs. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

I had a great experience with Vision Autoglass Burnaby yesterday. Ivan helped me replace my front windshield, and the whole process—from assessment to installation—was smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of time. The new glass looks great, and I truly appreciate their flawless service. Highly recommended!
Prompt, professional and excellent work. I had get the windshield replaced on my 911 which I was very worried about since I've heard stories about leaks and noise after the replacement. The team at Vision did an excellent job from organizing the delivery of the OEM part to booking and replacing the windshield.
