I had a very disappointing experience at J&F Tireshop in McAllen. The service was not just poor; the staff member I interacted with was completely rude. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Good customer service is essential, especially in a service-oriented business like this. Unfortunately, I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I won't be returning.

Had a flat all I need was a patch owner charge $60 just to patch it ridiculous price How to negotiate with him and tell them that’s way over price people down the street literally charge $10 and his response was I’m the only one open

Terrible place!!! Bought a tire only had it for two hours and it was flat they sold me a tire that was patched on the wall when I called the owner and said I just got the tire and I want my money back. He said come back and replace it. I ended up having to buy a whole new tire and when I came and returned the tire the owner did not want to do anything! Don’t buy from them!
