UPDATE 3: They responded and flat out lied about what was done. And they addressed me as Mr. because they are trying to be rude? I watched Chris change the motor on the outside downstairs unit. The fan that is in the picture is the one that was taken out of our outside unit that Chris installed in August, 2024. They may have phone lines, but they DO NOT return calls. UPDATE 2: Our upstairs system broke down in May, 2024 (see last review). Since then, the downstairs system has broken down 3 times. First in August, 2024. They replaced the fan motor on the outdoor unit. Again in January, 2025. They said it was freon leak but never showed us proof. Said they replaced a coil and put in 12 lbs of freon, charging us $1800 after the tech had to come back a second time because he wasn't dressed appropriately for the cold weather. System broke again in early Feb, 2025. They came out said it was th... read more
UPDATE: After a month of no contact and no service, I have filed a BBB complaint AND filed a claim with the Attorney General. Poor customer service. Have a system still under warranty installed by them, and have had no AC because outside unit doesn't work EVERY YEAR. We have to call them and fight with them EVERY YEAR because the AC doesn't work. They don't respond back. I asked for a part order number as I was advised to do by Lennox, and they can't provide that. The outside unit in question has the same error code every ye... read more

I worked for this company for a year or so.some of the peolpe there are good.but leadership is not there.it is a family company .but if your not apart of the family they don't care.i waited 5 years to get there and was so disappointed ....
