UPDATE 2: Our upstairs system broke down in May, 2024 (see last review). Since then, the downstairs system has broken down 3 times. First in August, 2024. They replaced the fan motor on the outdoor unit. Again in January, 2025. They said it was freon leak but never showed us proof. Said they replaced a coil and put in 12 lbs of freon, charging us $1800 after the tech had to come back a second time because he wasn't dressed appropriately for the cold weather. UPDATE: After a month of no contact and no service, I have filed a BBB complaint AND filed a claim with the Attorney General. Poor customer service. Have a system still under warranty installed by them, and have had no AC because outside unit doesn't work EVERY YEAR. We have to call them and fight with them EVERY YEAR because the AC doesn't work. They don't respond back. I asked for a part order number as I was advised to do by Lennox, and they can't provide that. The outside unit in question has the same error code every ye... read more

I worked for this company for a year or so.some of the peolpe there are good.but leadership is not there.it is a family company .but if your not apart of the family they don't care.i waited 5 years to get there and was so disappointed ....
Sobieski installed an AC unit for our house about 4 months ago for a brand new house and the AC unit is not working today, obviously a poor quality installation. Our AC gone out on the hottest day of the week and our house was left with 90 degrees F internally. I called them and told them that I have an emergency and need the AC to be fixed and was told “the message will be relay to the emergency coordinator and he/she will contact me as soon as possible”. 5 hours gone by with 3 more phone calls made just to be heard the sam... read more
