I can not speak highly enough of Joe and his crew. JF Smith's craftsmanship is of the highest quality. We were in our new home for around 10 weeks when Hurricane Ian hit. Our new home only had a small amount of wind damage. No water damage. Not one soffit was damaged or missing.Our house withstood 11 ft water surge, 28" of flood water and 170 mph wind gusts. Joe Smiths company is an excellent builder, building three of the houses in my neighborhood. None suffered hurricane damage and all were built with outstanding quality and design. And the company remains responsive to their clients Lastly, as a local company they put aside their own work to tarp and save many homes after The hurricane I personally experienced their generosity, Thanks again to your leadership and team
