I have recently found out that there is a high likelihood my oil/air filters were not changed/checked at all during the service, and that when my spark plugs/leads were replaced to fix an ongoing issue that I may not have received new parts at all (even though I was charged for them). Recently took my Nissan 350Z in to J & F Motors in Richmond after not having driven it for a while. Was very impressed with the way Steve explained the process required to get it back in shape. Probably the best group of mechanics that I’ve dealt with and my car has been fully serviced by Nissan since I bought it new. Can’t recommend them highly enough. These guys are the real deal. Reasonable and top notch professionals. Bent over backwards to locate a hard to find Bosch fuel pump for my 2002 Audi Allroad. Great people and service. 100% would recommend.
