We are so happy with the block windows installed by J&F. Sue (owner) is very responsive and understanding. We had a huge change in schedule and she was very accomodating. They were incredibly professional, courteous, fun and efficient. The entire job was completed in half a day. The team arrived on time, worked cleanly and quickly, respectful of property inside and out and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I just had two basement windows replaced by J&F. I am so happy with how they look! They did a seamless mortor job on an old foundation. They arrived at the scheduled time and worked continuous till the job was finished. You would not even know that they were here because they cleaned up inside and out. I am definitely going to have my other windows replaced with glassblock by J&F!
