Called JF Electrical contractors to fix an outdoor outlet. 90 minutes later Jack was at my door, diagnosed the problem, explained in great detail what the problem was and how it would be corrected. Jack was extremely efficient in his work and was very courteous while at my home. I would contract JF Electrical again just based on just based on Jack's demeanor during the service visit. I greatly value skill and honesty. Great customer service!

We contacted JF Electrical Contractors when we needed to upgrade our home power service from 200 amp to 400 amp, they came out promptly and created a plan to tackle our upgrade. JF Electrical Contractors coordinated with Dominion power and had our upgrade started quickly for how difficult job this was. When the guys were on sight they brought out a generator to insure, we had power for our needs. Jack did excellent work: thorough, clean, and clearly skilled. I appreciated how respectfully he navigated my home during the visit. He was polite, professional, and never once rude or intrusive. He was eerily on time, which is rare for contractors.
