Jack and his assistant Julian did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing an electrical problem that was related to some fuses and wiring. Jack explained every step of the process to me and ensured that any lingering questions were fully resolved to my - and his - satisfaction. Hired this company to replace my standard doorbell which popped and burned out of the blue. Scheduled with Candy over the phone who is very nice and was up front with me about pricing and when they could come out. Jack came out, is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He assured me everything was in working order and explained what happened with the doorbell. Customer for life now!
I called JF to help with an outlet that was not functioning in the crawl space. They estimated a reasonable price and offered to come out very quickly. The issue was a bit more involved than anticipated, but the team worked to identify the cause and resolve it.
