Get a second and third opinion. They wanted to charge over $6,000 for a new unit that just needs the freon switched out, which they said no one does. Not true. They also charged a 15% restocking fee on a unit they will use anyway with another customer. Not ethical.
Lorenzo was so courteous and thoughtful. He took his time and made sure everything was checked and working. As always, I was very pleased with Elliott’s performance 😊
