Haircuts are good but she did her own thing when she dyed my hair. She no showed to a scheduled appt and didn’t even discount when the appt was rescheduled. I was also told bang-trims were free and then after the first one she started charging $10 for something that takes her 30 seconds and I had known her for years and had followed her from multiple different locations. Sad that she doesn’t care she lost a long term client.
Jessica is an amazing hairstylist. Her salon is immaculate and she’s a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend her—you’ll be pleased!
