I hired Jerry to replace the aging electrical panel and breakers in our home, and what stood out the most was his constant communication and professionalism. The process involved coordinating a date with Alectra and the ESA, and Jerry did an excellent job of keeping me updated and answering any questions throughout the way. **UPDATE** One day after posting this review, J Electric sent me $200 of the $1480 owing. Hopefully Jerry realizes that you just can't keep someone else's money that lands in your account in error no matter if it was 1 month or 12 months ago. Called because of an electrical issue and Jerry was there same day. Diagnosed and solved the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I will be calling them again in the future!
They arrived on time, worked quickly, solved as many issues as they could (one problem was a track light that no longer worked), and were pleasant and accommodating. And reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again.
J. Electric Inc. responded promptly to our power emergency. Jerry was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He resolved our problem quickly. We will definitely call him again if we need any other electrical work done.
