I hired Jerry to replace the aging electrical panel and breakers in our home, and what stood out the most was his constant communication and professionalism. The process involved coordinating a date with Alectra and the ESA, and Jerry did an excellent job of keeping me updated and answering any questions throughout the way. **UPDATE** One day after posting this review, J Electric sent me $200 of the $1480 owing. Hopefully Jerry realizes that you just can't keep someone else's money that lands in your account in error no matter if it was 1 month or 12 months ago. Called because of an electrical issue and Jerry was there same day. Diagnosed and solved the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I will be calling them again in the future!
