Still one of the nicest people I've dealt with, highly recommended if you're in need of a body shop !
Very unprofessional. They were doing an insurance estimate for me. When they found out that we were not leaving the car to be repaired, (even though my wife had already told them we hadn't decided where we would be getting the work done) they got an attitude. They said they were canceling the estimate. I was talking to the owner, a lady came out of a back office, started raising her voice to me, lied about what my wife told her (I was beside my wife when she was on the phone), and called me a lier. Customer service means a lot to me as don’t mind paying extra if need be but when the owner is very unprofessional than I rather take business elsewhere .
